A pair of impressively carved deities in polychrome and gilt. Qing Dynasty, mounted on small wooden stands. Both are rendered in great details and entirely gilded, portraying fierce, authoritative figures on prancing mounts. Richly rendered, they possibly depict semi-deified heroic generals of the Three Kingdoms legends. Heights from 5″ – 6″. The gilt figures appear to be in good condition with the expected degree of wear to the gilt. One appears to have lost an attribute.
